Monet Class

We know how excited you have been to join in us in KS2 and we cannot wait to start teaching you. Monet class teacher is Miss Pawsey and our fabulous teaching assistant Mrs Harris.

On our class page you will find information about the topics we will be covering each term and also important information about upcoming trips and visits.  We will also be uploading pictures of the work completed in Monet and to give you an insist into the learning journey of a pupil in Monet.

Reading Books.

Reading books are changed on a weekly basis and the children are put in reading groups.

The reading groups and days are Roald Dahl group - Monday, A.A. Milne Group - Tuesday,  David Wallaims Group - Wednesday and Lewis Carrol Group - Thursday.

The Children will need to bring their reading book and reading diary in on their designated day (they will know which group they are!). If you would like to know the name of your child's reading group please let me know.

Please click here for reading books online - you can enjoy listening to the authors read their stories. There are QR codes to scan with your phone camera or a blue hyperlink to take you to the Puffin YouTube channel.
